1) Due to the nature of our digital products. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns. 

2) We are not an IT service. It is up to the customer to be able to adjust their settings to be able to read the patterns.

3) Translation services are not offered. All patterns are written in English, using U.S. terminology.

4) By purchasing our patterns, the customer agrees to not distribute, gift, or post for free the patterned purchased.

5) Products produced from our patterns and sold is permittable. ONLY if the product is listed with a link back to our pattern and our customer does not claim the pattern as their own creation.
